MainSky Asset Management AG is a financial services institution in the sense of §1 Abs. 1a KWG and has a license of the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) to provide financial services in the form of investment brokerage (§1 Abs. 1a sentence 2 no. 1 KWG), investment advice (Section 1 (1a) sentence 2 no. 1a KWG), acquisition broking (Section 1 (1a) sentence 2 no. 2 KWG) and financial portfolio management (Section 1 (1a) sentence 2 no. 3 KWG) and is therefore subject to supervision by BaFin.
